Prizes and sponsors

You're probably interested what you can win during the European Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures Championship. You may have noticed that we have added a sponsors block. Indeed, we found some sponsors, who have agreed to make a very good prize pool. And did you know that you perhaps get the chance to play with the main prize?

We are proud to announce large parts of the prizepool of the EU D&D Miniatures championship, thanks to our sponsors. Most of the prize pool of the EU D&D Miniatures championship will be sponsored by Walch & Nusser. They have agreed to sponsor a lot of D&D miniatures and other miniature related gaming materials. Amongst the lot are 5 Gargantuan Blue Dragons, that will be shipped to three repainters across Europe. Will they be as pretty as Peter Lee's repaint at D&D XP 2007?

We certainly hope so!

Wizards of the Coast
And besides our main sponsor Walch und Nusser, we have found another pair of companies willing to add something to the prize pool. Wizards of the Coast and PS Games (their Dutch importer and Organized Play associate) have made a single donation too. A single donation, yet it's a big one. Big? Yes, big. You've all heard about Orcus, right?

Indeed, he will be paying us a visit, and the winner of the EU D&D Miniatures Championship will take him home!

Conclusion
We realize that not everybody will end up on the podium. Fear not, everyone will walk away with something! And, probably far more important, we want to give everyone the chance to play with (or against!) Orcus, depending on whether the DDM Guild scenario for Orcus is ready!
